These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and pak77 ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using pak77 and close your account. These Terms apply equally whether you access pak77 from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, or anywhere else in Pakistan, and whether you transact in PKR via JazzCash or EasyPaisa, or in USDT via our crypto deposit gateway.

To open and maintain a pak77 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pak77 applies a strict 21+ age policy with no exceptions.
• You are registering as an individual — corporate or syndicate accounts are not permitted.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law in a manner that would render your participation in pak77 illegal.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or banned from pak77 or any affiliated platform.

pak77 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation (national ID card, CNIC, or passport) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stated timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure, with any verified real-money balance returned via the original deposit method.

Each player is permitted to maintain one account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created to circumvent a restriction, claim multiple welcome bonuses, or for any other reason — will be closed immediately. Any winnings generated through a duplicate account may be voided.

Your pak77 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised it. Specifically, you agree to:

• Keep your pak77 Login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and never share them with a third party.
• Enable two-factor SMS authentication where offered and promptly report any unauthorised access to pak77 support.

Accounts that show no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pak77 may apply a dormancy administration fee of up to PKR 500 per month on dormant accounts, deducted from any remaining balance. Players will be notified via their registered contact details before any dormancy fee is applied.

pak77 supports a broad range of PKR-native payment methods designed specifically for Pakistani players, as well as USDT for crypto-preferring users. Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, and USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20).

Deposit conditions:

• Minimum single deposit: PKR 500 (or equivalent in USDT).
• Deposits are credited to your pak77 account balance in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa; bank transfers may take up to two (2) business hours.
• pak77 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees levied by your payment provider are separate and not pak77's responsibility.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: PKR 1,000 (or equivalent in USDT).
• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for your most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This requires submission of a valid CNIC or passport scan.
• Withdrawal processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — within five (5) minutes of approval; bank transfers — up to one (1) business day; USDT — within thirty (30) minutes of network confirmation.
• pak77 reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation on withdrawal requests exceeding PKR 100,000.
• Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by the player within the first fifteen (15) minutes via the account dashboard. After this window, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

pak77 regularly offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before they or winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 25x, 30x) is stated in the individual promotion details visible in your pak77 account dashboard at the time of opt-in.
• Game contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward bonus wagering. Slots typically contribute 100%; live baccarat, roulette, and blackjack typically contribute 10%-20%; Kalaka Bingo contributes 50%. • Maximum bet with active bonus: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted stake per round or bet is PKR 2,000 (or equivalent). Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and related winnings being voided.
• Expiry: Bonus funds not wagered within the stated validity period (typically 7 or 14 days from credit date) will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on a pak77 account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while a bonus is already active may void the previous bonus.
• Abuse: pak77 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, multi-accounting to claim the same bonus multiple times, and coordinated play between accounts. Detection will result in bonus voiding and may result in account closure.

pak77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered on existing accounts at the time of the change.

All games and betting markets on pak77 — including live baccarat, cricket sportsbook, PSL betting, slots, and Kalaka Bingo — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. These Terms apply in addition to, not instead of, those individual game rules.

• pak77's casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by an independent third party to ensure fairness.
• Live casino tables stream in real time via professionally trained dealers. The outcome of any live game round is final once the round is declared closed by the dealer.
• Cricket and PSL bet settlement follows the official match result as declared by the relevant cricketing authority (PCB, ICC). In the event of match abandonment or no result, bets are settled in accordance with pak77's specific sport rules displayed in the sportsbook section.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak77 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

2. Providing false, misleading, or impersonated identity information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with pak77 games or the sportsbook without express written permission.
4. Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games.
5. Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider after depositing funds into your pak77 account.

7. Using pak77 to launder money or conduct any financially criminal activity.

Violations will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of bonus balances, and — where warranted — referral to the relevant financial crime authorities. Verified real-money balances may be frozen during investigation and returned only upon satisfactory resolution.

• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity interruptions caused by your internet service provider or mobile network operator.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• The accuracy of third-party content, odds feeds, or live data displayed on the platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or any other third-party payment provider outside pak77's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pak77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

pak77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the pak77 Privacy Policy.

pak77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Your continued use of pak77 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using pak77 and may request account closure and withdrawal of any verified real-money balance.

Either party may terminate the player–platform relationship at any time. You may close your pak77 account by contacting support. pak77 will process any outstanding verified real-money balance to your registered payment method within five (5) business days of the closure request, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.

pak77 may terminate or suspend your account immediately and without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Provision of false identity documentation.
• Confirmed breach of the 21+ age restriction.
• Any behaviour that, in pak77's reasonable judgement, poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Upon termination for cause, pak77 reserves the right to withhold bonus balances and winnings generated in breach of these Terms, subject to the return of verified original deposit amounts not directly implicated in the breach.

pak77 operates under an international gaming licence. These Terms are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction applicable to pak77's operating entity. Pakistani consumer protection principles are respected in the platform's dealings with Pakistani players.

In the event of a dispute between you and pak77, we encourage you to first contact the pak77 support team, who are available 24/7 and will endeavour to resolve your concern informally within 72 hours. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct support, the dispute may be escalated to pak77's designated alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as specified in the licensing terms.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted in the governing jurisdiction's courts, and you irrevocably submit to that jurisdiction for such purposes.
